In my previous post I listed all my domains. I feel that I will have to let few of these domains to expire and other will find their use.
I started writing on websiteown.com and also built diseasesofskin.com. Writing on diseases of skin will need a little study so it can wait until I pour out the things I know well in other blogs. I guess these two domains can turn out to be the biggest earners for me in the coming time. Lets see how it turns out to be.
Lots of time I got opportunity to make a website for my friends and other persons but I always refused and rather I taught them “how to build a website” or blog.
This time it looks like I am going to make one for someone. Just registered a domain bdca.in and installed a script on it. Waiting for name sever propagation to complete and then I will try to finish it as soon as possible. Lets see how it comes out to be.

The thing is many of the above domains are in use at the moment and many needs to find their right use. Now its time to think about what am I going to do with these domains and how affectively I can achieve it.
I just purchased yet another domain from godaddy (yes its still confusing). websiteown.com is the domain I purchased. I purchased this domain as according to google keyword tool this term get more than 350,000 searches every month.
So how actually I decide whether to buy a domain or not. I brainstorm about the domain name then I think whether I will search for that term on google or not then I think whether my wife (who is not much familiar with web) will perform a search on google if I tell her the subject I want to search then I go to google keyword tool and then look for the amount of searches that term gets. Then I think how much SEO I will have to do to make this domain rank well in search engine. And last and most important how much this domain can earn me or how many email subscriber this domain can attract. That's all.
Why I register so many domains?
This is a question I get asked many time. Everyone says that register 1 domain name then work on it to get it pull large number of audience/ visitors/ reader or whatever you call it. I ask if you don't know what you are going to do if you don't get the kind of success you want then what will you do? My guess is your answer will be “start again” and what if you wont get such nice domain at that time what you are getting today than? And what about the lost time you have wasted in your “one blog” strategy?
My suggestion is, Start multiple blogs at one time, try to find out with which one you feel comfortable and when you find the success you were looking for in one or two blog than abandon all others keeping 1 or 2 most successful ones.
Godaddy.com may be the biggest domain registrar on the planet but their site design is so confusing and they make the process of registering domain or buying anything else from them so complicated that its not easy to do business with them. They need to make it easy but I don't think they are going to do that as their complicated process makes them sell a lot more than what they actually can with a simple design.
The second thing they need to improve is their site downloading speed. I started this post after I have filled the login box and pressed submit button but I am nearing the finish of the post and still the page is not loaded fully (Actually I had to do a refresh to make it load further as it was stuck).
